v. to pierce through, to perforate (as type impression through a paper).

ทะลุกลางปล้อง- to interrupt a conversation, to break into a conversation impolitely.

ผมเดินทะลุอุโมงค์ออกไปอีกด้านหนึ่ง I walked through the tunnel and emerged on the other side.

ยางทะลุทั้งสี่ข้าง All the four tyres (tires) are punctured.
